I ordered chicken biriyani sawans for a function last week. it was warm and delicious. everyone enjoyed it. ms. nethma perera coordinated everything well. She handled the order processing and timely delivery.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was well decorated. live music in the bar was enjoyable. we loved the outdoor pool.

it took longer than normal to receive the room key. there was no gym, disappointing. i rang several times for an extra bed.

The breakfast had many options to choose from. The pool was also very nice. The staff was friendly, and they were accommodating.

The room seemed a bit run down. The TV was old and lagging, that was annoying. The minibar was empty, a surprise.

small gym repeated items

The gym was small, and some equipment seemed old. the air conditioning in the room wasn't working correctly, it kept switching off. also, the breakfast buffet lacked variety after a couple of days. I noticed they repeated the same items. this made the mornings a bit monotonous, a shame as a good breakfast can really start the day well. the staff seemed understaffed at peak times, leading to delays.

The pool area had plenty of sun loungers. I noticed around twenty were available. A shaded section offered respite from the sun. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room offered two separate sinks. A rainfall shower completed the bathroom facilities.

Check-in took a LONG time. The TUI reference number did not match the hotel system, THIS was an issue. I asked for a finger bowl during dinner. It never arrived. The staff didn't offer a drinks menu.
